Stanley Custom Homes (SCH) was founded in 1987 by Ken Stanley and continues to be a family operated business serving the Charlottesville area and surrounding counties. Ken has over 40 years in the custom home building and construction industries. Starting out as a laborer toting lumber, to starting his own framing crew a few years later, then founding Stanley Custom Homes, his passion for the business has only grown stronger over the years. Collaborating closely with his clients, from inception to completion, he and his team provide a full range of superior services with proven expertise in a menagerie of styles.

We have a solid reputation within the community, and are proud of our strong customer and vendor relationships.
